Vendome Place, San Jose
SDC completed a build out of the penthouse as well as all interior finish work for these downtown San Jose luxury highrise apartments.
Wal-mart Supercenter, Las Vegas, Nevada
SDC first acquired and divided a 16 acre parcel into 3 parcels. SDC managed the site preparation and all aspects of construction for the Wal-Mart, a Self-storage facility and an attached strip mall.
Merrill Gardens Assisted Living, Henderson Nevada
SDC brought together financing, entitled property and self-performed tenant
construction.
Los Gatos Police Station, Los Gatos, California
SDC is self-performing an extensive remodel, addition and conversion of existing building to a new Police Facility. Completion schedule for late 2009.
San Jose Fire Station, Alum Rock, San Jose, California
SDC is performing demolition and a complete rebuild of new fire station. Scheduled completion date is early 2010.
School Projects
Columbia Middle School, Sunnyvale
Constructed three new campus buildings including a cafeteria and gymnasium. In addition, SDC renovated and expanded the administration buildings and media center. SDC performed all services including underground and site utilities, concrete framework, exterior and interior carpentry, communication and data, electrical, HVAC, fire sprinkler system and landscape installation.
Vargas Elementary , Sunnyvale
SDC renovated and expanded existing school offices, as well as other multi-use buildings.
Trace Elementary, San Jose
SDC performed interior and exterior renovation, underground and foundation work to install portable classrooms. Construction of new kindergarten complex.
Willow Glen Middle School, San Jose
Classroom remodels, security upgrades.
Leland High School, San Jose
Campus modernization including new interior walls, windows, handicap ramps and wall panels. Built new auditorium and media center with closed circuit television system.
Walter L. Bachrodt Elementary, San Jose
Campus modernization included installation of all new windows, cabinet construction
and exterior and interior painting. Architectural HVAC retrofit and sheet
metal installation.
Willow Glen High School, San Jose
Complete gymnasium remodel including scoreboard installation. Installed
new elevator.

Dolce Hayes Mansion, San Jose, California
SDC provides full service maintenance and landscaping services for this historical property.
P.F. Chang's China Bistro, San Jose
SDC acquired the property, found the tenant, obtained entitlements and performed all build to suit construction services, including seismic upgrades and tenant improvements.
Creekside, Los Gatos Residential Community
SDC performed modular home installation and construction services, including stick-built garages, porch construction, siding, roofing and painting. SDC also built all custom interior and exterior finishes.
Riverstreet, Downtown San Jose
Moved, remodeled and installed historical homes.
Caper's Loft
Seismic upgrade, structural upgrades included
installation of new rooftop deck to accommodate
live and dead loads.
Tamien Place Project, San Jose
SDC provided full construction services, including framing and drywall of high rise building.
St. Mark's Cathedral
Removed and replaced entire roof structure. Designed and built new

Built 20,000 foot classroom and office addition. Remodeled existing
sanctuary.

historical preservation.
